Access the DRLD Rally LIVE Wednesday, March 1 at 11 a.m.

You can access the Disability Rights Legislative Day (DRLD) rally LIVE below or on YouTube Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 11 am - 12 pm.

Be sure to register for one, two or all three of the afternoon sessions which will take place after the rally. You will be able to learn and ask your pressing questions.


Please note: Each session will have its own, unique ZOOM meeting link. If you register for more than one session, make sure you save the links.

Session 1:  Accessible Voting and Self Advocate Leadership
Time:  1:00-1:45 p.m.
Presenters:  Nicole Noblet and Brianna Lennon 

Nicole Noblet, People First member and state-wide leader in voting advocacy, will join Brianna Lennon, Boone County Clerk and MACCEA Officer, to give a presentation on accessible voting. Learn your rights when it comes to voting and then learn specific ways YOU can be an active leader in your community advocating for and protecting the disability vote.

Session 2: Universal Mobility and Advocacy
Time:  2:00-2:45 p.m.
Presenter:  Enjoli Dixon

Enjoli Dixon will be presenting on universal mobility that is inclusive and accessible for all. Enjoli has spent a little over 15 years in the U.S. and abroad in the transportation industry in the public and private sector as a designer and consultant working across the various STEM fields of education, architecture, engineering, and urban planning. 

Session 3:  Legislator Mixer
Time:  3:00-3:45 p.m.

Learn directly from legislators about their bills, committees and how they interact with advocates. Hear about a variety of legislation and how you can be effective in advocating for your rights. Participants will have a chance to ask questions.
